Clearweather Returns / Exchanges

 

This Return Policy forms a part of our Terms of Service.  Clearweather only accepts returns from purchases made on clearweatherbrand.com. If a product was purchased at another retailer, it must be returned where it was purchased.

 

No returns are accepted on sale items.  All sales are final.

No returns on any international orders. 

 

Restrictions

 

Returns are subject to the following restrictions. To be eligible for a return all items must:

 

  • Be returned within 21 days of the order date;
  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received; and
  • Must have all tags, including original packaging materials.

 

The order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from Clearweather. We will not accept returns made after 21days. We will not accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes; shoes returned under these conditions will not be processed. If you are going to try on your shoes for fit and comfort, please wear on a clean, soft surface like carpet.

 

We reserve the right to deny returns if the items do not meet our Return Policy requirements. We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may result in suspension of your account and/or rejection of future orders from you.

Clearweather Returns / Exchanges

 

You will receive an email with your return label and/or QR code. Download and print the return label and tape to the outside of the carton.  Or present the QR code to the appropriate drop off mailing center.

 

Please note, there is a time limit on the QR code. You will receive update notifications throughout the return process.

 

Please keep your tracking number on hand to ensure that we receive your package.

 

Your refund will be processed once the return has been sent back to Clearweather.

All refunds are made in the original form of payment

Write your Order Number on the outside of your return package. Or drop a note with your Order Number inside the carton.

 

Lost shipments are not the responsibility of Clearweather. Return fees are non-refundable.

 

International Returns

 

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. 

 

Exchanges

 

Clearweather will accept exchanges within 21 days of your order.

 

To access the exchange portal Click here.

 You will have the option to exchange your purchase for the same item in a new size, select new items of equal value to your original purchase, or purchase new items using your exchange credit.

 

Your exchange order will be created once the return has been sent back to Clearweather.

 

Add your order number and zip code to your online order. You can find your order number in your Order Confirmation email. Follow the steps in the portal by answering if you want an Exchange or Refund.

 

Once the exchange has been processed, the hold will be released from the card on file.

 

Please be aware, all exchanges and returns must be shipped within 14 DAYS of receiving the shipping label. If you opt for an exchange, your card will be temporarily charged an amount equivalent to the value of the requested exchanged items. FAILURE TO RETURN THE ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEMS. IF THE RETURN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR WORN THIS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEMS.

Shop Now Bonus

 

If you have accepted the ‘Shop Now' bonus for your return, you will only receive the bonus credit if you spend more than your return value. You will not be issued a credit on the remaining amount of bonus credit with the ‘Shop Now’ feature.  You will be prompted to select a refund on the original payment method or receive a store credit if you’ve selected a new item that costs less.  Your new exchange order will be created once the return has been sent back to Clearweather.  If you’ve selected an item that is more than the return value plus bonus value, you will be prompted to input your credit card information.

 

If any customer chooses 'Store Credit'. That customer will receive a gift card code via email once your return has been approved.

 

The customer will submit their return for store credit. The customer's store credit will be issued once the return has been sent back to Clearweather.

 

Refunds & Processing

 

Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 10 business days after the item is received at our warehouse. 

 

All refunds are made in the original form of payment.

 

If your original order was charged shipping, your original shipping charges WILL NOT be included in the refund.  Any insurance charge will not be included in the refund.

 

Gift Cards, Codes and Programs.

 

Any digital or other gift cards (each, a “Gift Card”) purchased from our clearweatherbrand.com shall be valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, and Gift Cards shall have no value and may not be used after such expiration.

 

Once a Gift Card, Code, or any Program has been issued they are not eligible to be redeemed for Cash.

 

Clearweather may also issue refund/store credit, promotional and coupon cards and/or codes (each, a “Code”) and/or (y) operate promotions, offers (e.g., Free Shipping) and/or programs (each, a “Program”) from time to time.  All Codes shall be valid for 5 years from the date of issuance and Codes shall have no value and may not be used after such expiration.

 

We may make Codes, Programs, and other offers available to some or all users. We reserve the right to make changes to and/or cancel any Codes, Programs and other offers in our sole discretion, in each case as permitted by applicable law.

 

The provisions of this section apply to your use of Codes and Programs and will apply in addition to the terms and conditions of any specific Code or Program.   Your use of any Code or Program offer is limited to the purpose for which your Code and/or Program offer was provided, and any use beyond the prescribed limited purpose is prohibited.

 

Without limiting any of your obligations under these Gift Cards; Codes and Programs are limited to personal use, are not for resale, and may not be shared unless if and as expressly directed by Clearweather.  Your use of each Code and Program will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and you will not provide us with any information or material (such as a photograph or an email address) that you are not authorized to provide us.

 

Except as prohibited by applicable law, we can revoke a Code or Program at any time for any reason and we may change the expiration period of any Code or Program.  Your abuse of a Code or Program, or your failure to abide by any of these Terms or by any of the terms and conditions of any particular Code or Program, may lead to cancellation of your current Codes and Programs and/or your disqualification from participation in future Codes and Programs.

 

If we determine that there is abuse of a Code or Program offer for a specific order before that order is fulfilled, we may cancel the Code and/or Program offer and declare the order invalid with no obligation to fulfill it.

 

Codes and Programs may not be combined and must be used on a per purchase basis.
